Compliance & AML/CFT
We design, implement, and audit AML/CFT programs under a risk-based approach. Our work includes drafting and updating AML/CFT policies and manuals, codes of ethics and conduct, client/transaction risk matrices, KYC/KYB procedures, segmentation and screening (PEPs, sanctions), transaction monitoring, unusual/suspicious transaction reporting, and governance for the Compliance Officer. Documentation is prepared with evidence and traceability criteria to withstand internal audits and supervisory inspections.
We perform diagnostics and gap assessments against local and international standards and execute remediation plans, including reporting to Boards/Committees.
We integrate anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, third-party due diligence, and data privacy, and support inspections and administrative proceedings through closure. The goal is twofold: reduce regulatory and operational exposure while enabling frictionless banking and commercial relationships.
