We conduct registry and cadastral due diligence (title, liens, encumbrances, easements, boundaries, and adjacent cadastral plots) and review construction and zoning regularity. We draft and negotiate purchase promises and deeds, leases, and related agreements (options, usufructs, access and use easements, loans for use), with particular attention to title warranties, guarantees, and conditions precedent. 

For rural and productive assets, we address easements, forestry, special regimes, access and supply issues, as well as environmental and land-use matters.
