We combine OLIVERA’s legal and business experience with professional, independent, and transparent fiduciary management. We administer administration and guarantee trusts backed by real estate assets, cash flows,
shares, and other rights—tailoring each structure to the client’s needs—while operating as an entity regulated and supervised by the Central Bank of Uruguay.
