We design investment trusts (“fideicomisos”) and administration/guarantee trusts to develop, finance, acquire, or manage real estate assets. We set vehicle governance rules, cash-flow waterfalls, and the rights and obligations of settlor, trustee, beneficiaries, and investors, as well as replacement mechanisms, contractor substitution, and accountability. 

We integrate operating manuals, AML/CFT policies, investor KYC, and reporting calendars so the vehicle operates with traceability from the first contribution through liquidation or unit allocation. We ensure compatibility with condominium/property regimes and with public offering issuers when applicable.
