We have more than three decades of arbitral practice in local and international proceedings under domestic and foreign jurisdiction. We draft effective arbitration clauses and represent parties in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations under local chambers of commerce rules, as well as ICC, LCIA, Swiss Rules, and AAA rules—from tribunal constitution through award and enforcement.
We ensure consistency between the main contract and the arbitration agreement and, when needed, coordinate judicial support measures, as well as challenges, recognition, and enforcement of awards.
