Biography
Verónica leads the Firm’s notarial practice and has more than 20 years of experience advising domestic and foreign clients. She specializes in civil and commercial contracting, review of notarial documents, contracts and public deeds, real estate developments, transfers of real estate and vehicles, creation of guarantees and trusts, and comprehensive structuring of real estate projects. Her work is characterized by extreme care in drafting and document authenticity, as well as close and efficient client service.
