Biography
Natalia is a Senior Associate and works across the Corporate and Dispute Resolution Departments, providing multidisciplinary advice in corporate, contractual, and labor matters. She has extensive experience designing and implementing fiduciary structures (administration and guarantee trusts) as well as in civil, commercial, and labor litigation. Holding a Master’s in Tax Law & Technique and a Doctor of Law (Universidad de Montevideo), she brings an integrated perspective that combines contractual, regulatory, tax, and labor aspects for clients’ benefit.
