Biography
Mariana is part of the Banking & Corporate Department, focusing on commercial contracts, trust structuring, and advice on capital markets and financial services. She advises both Central Bank-regulated entities and foreign clients, participating in corporate-policy design, outsourcing processes, and regulatory adaptation. A Doctor of Law with training in corporate finance and Legaltech, she also advises on MFP’s fiduciary services, offering an integrated approach that combines legal technique, technology, and business understanding.
