Biography
Juan is part of the Banking & Corporate Department, advising local and international clients on commercial, banking, and financial law, capital markets, and M&A transactions. His background as Doctor of Law, Notary Public, and Master in Business Law, together with his role as TerraLex Vice Chair for Latin America & the Caribbean, provides a strategic and comparative perspective in complex transactions. He is also a lecturer and author in Commercial Law and has been highlighted by specialized publications as a reference professional in Banking & Finance and M&A.
